Made To Order Items

Our process typically takes between 7 to 14 days for production, depending on the complexity of the product and current order volume. Please note that this time frame does not include delivery time, which varies based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Our policy regarding returns for made-to-order items is as follows: Unless the item is defective, broken upon arrival, or there was a mistake made on our end with the order, made-to-order items are not eligible for return and refund.

Delivery

Can I add insurance to my order?

If your package didn't show up, please contact us within 24 hours from the time your package is supposed to arrive, so we can assist you from there.

For lost / stolen packages, we'll need you to provide us with a police report number within 3 days from the date packages were lost/ stolen. In other words, proof of loss / proof of being stolen is required.

Cancelation

You have 1 hour to cancel your oder after it is placed.

What if I really need to cancel / make change of the order after an hour?

Return & Refund

Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns must be approved by our representatives before shipping the item back to our facilities. So please contact us through email at hello@amomentofnow.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item within 14 business day. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. The fund will take 7-10 business days to be shown in your original method of payment account.
