Shipping policy

1. Order Processing and Shipping Timeframes

  • Orders will be shipped within 3-7 business days.
  • Handmade, made-to-order, or custom items require up to 21 days for production before shipment can be confirmed.
  • International shipments require 10 business days for handling, plus delivery time.

2. Shipping Confirmation

  • An email with shipment confirmation and tracking information will be sent once the shipment is confirmed.
  • After shipment confirmation, tracking information will be emailed to you. The buyer is responsible for monitoring the delivery and ensuring a safe place for receipt.

3. Delivery Arrangements

  • If no one is available to receive the package at the delivery address, please contact the courier to reschedule delivery or arrange pickup at their office.
  • Returns to our warehouse due to incorrect addresses or undeliverable locations will be refunded.

4. Responsibilities and Liabilities

  • We are not responsible for items or packages lost during transit nor for packages marked as “delivered” by the courier.
  • Buyers must input accurate shipping information when placing an order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.
  • Any return shipping fees resulting from an incorrect address will not be refunded.
  • Any additional shipping fees due to incorrect addresses will be the buyer’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays with US Postal Service or FedEx shipping
  • International duties or customs charges

5. Additional Information

  • Please check your mailbox and contact your mail courier if you have any issues with delivery within 24 hours from the day it is marked as "delivered".
  • Actual delivery times are subject to courier service and weather conditions.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order is fulfilled.
