Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must include all original tags and packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Personalized, custom, or sale items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.


How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at hello@amomentofnow.com with your order number.
If your return is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Please note:

  • The return must be shipped within 7 business days from the date your return request is approved.

  • The return address will be provided once your request has been submitted.

  • Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items and gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Intimate, sanitary, or personal care products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Downloadable software or digital items


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it first. Once your return is accepted and processed, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.

If you received a defective or damaged item and need a replacement for the same product, please email hello@amomentofnow.com with your order ID for assistance.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at hello@amomentofnow.com.


Shipping Returns

To return your item, please contact us for the specific return address.
Unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item’s value exceeds $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
